1. Are you a trading company or do you have your own factory?
We are Kaierda's branch company. It covers a total area of 140,000 square meters with factory area of 60,000 square meters.
2. What about your product quality? If something wrong with the quality, could I apply for refund?
For the quality, you can be unworried about that. Our biggest advantage is that our quality is leading in this field. We have strict quality control process. Our products will go on thermal imaging test, long-term load test, MMA/TIG short-circuit experiment, high and low temperature test, rain test, dust test, vibrating test and drop test. If really quality problem occur, we'll refund at first time.
3. Do you accept OEM and ODM service?
Yeah, colors, logos, printing methods all accept oem and odm service.
4. What about the delivery time?
After receiving your order, we'll arrange production at first order. For stock products, it can be delivered soon. For small order beyond 100pcs, 2 weeks will be ok. For bulk order, it depends on the quantity, usually 1 month will be ok.
5. What payment terms can you accept?
